British Columbia has so many different venues to take advantage of when it comes to fishing that it's hard to remember that you don't have to go very far to find an ideal fishing spot. Salmon fishing can be had right in Vancouver! It's great to have such accessible spots right in town, and you'll be able to find the salmon you want. While there are many places offering excursions up the coast or on Vancouver Island, why should you have to travel for hours just to catch some fish?
Deep Respect is located right in Vancouver, so there's no need to catch a flight in a small plane or take a ferry to get here. Fishing in an urban setting allows you to do what you enjoy but not have to travel all day to make it home and cook what you just caught. We'll load you and your friends up on one of our boats and head out into the waters. The Fraser River location, for example, can provide anglers with excellent opportunities to catch all kinds of salmon. There are benefits to salmon fishing in Vancouver, after all. It doesn't really matter what you're in the mood for, because you'll find your salmon here. There are generally five types of salmon that often patrol these waters. Those types are the pink salmon, chum salmon (also called dog salmon), Coho salmon, sockeye salmon (also called red salmon), and Chinook salmon (also called "King" salmon).
